I ordered a factory OEM harmonic balancer that unfortunately arrived defective, with a chip out of the pulley lip right out of the sealed manufacturer bag. When I contacted customer service to rectify the issue, they did not handle the return or replacement directly. Instead, they immediately passed me off to file a claim through their third-party shipping insurance provider, Extend. While the insurance claim was eventually approved and a replacement is on the way, the back-and-forth communication took quite a bit of time, delaying my engine repair. The seller delivers genuine parts, but be prepared for a slower resolution process if your order arrives damaged and you have to navigate their outsourced claims system.

The nuts I purchased for the McPherson struts where the wrong diameter. Thank goodness the local hardware store had the right size and pitch fasteners. I ordered two crush washers for the drain plug, but only one arrived with the shipment. That really is neither here, nor there, because it is such an inexpensive part. I made a huge order. Sixteen year old cars tend to need some things to keep up with the times. The Subaru people here did a very good job getting everything together

Ian Bosworth has down a wonderful job of taking care of us and our 2016 Subaru Outback. We took it into the dealership last Wednesday to get it serviced before we give it to our Granddaughter. She graduated College and needs a reliable car, as she will be a traveling Middle School Art Teacher in the Rockwood School District this fall. It has been a very good car for us and we hope she will get many more years driving this car.

Significant savings compared to my local dealer; the local tire store really liked the TPMS sensors quality. The sensors were easily installed and programed, again at a much lower price than at the dealership.

All the parts I ordered arrived. Very pleased with the service and will order future parts soon!

I found the bolts and nuts I needed very easily. So I was pleased with the ease of ordering. The first order I made went very smoothly. The second order was placed easily but. . . The negative is I had to ask when they would ship after waiting several days for an update. I still after 12 days do not see an update as to when they are going to ship out.

I was directed to SubaruDirectWholesale. com by a friend who orders from you frequently. While the part did arrive well packaged, and it was certainly what I expected, it took far longer to arrive than was estimated. With that said, the carrier was USPS. They are notorious for being late and did not disappoint in that regard. The price for an OEM part was fantastic though, so I'll certainly be giving SubaruDirectWholesale. com another shot.
