Very good service

Order turnaround is quick and fixed rate shipping is a blessing. They have made extra effort in the past to help me find mandolin strings I could not find elsewhere. I only wish I had more $$ to spend in support of Stings By Mail.

This is a top-notch company to do business with. I recommend this company very highly.

Perfect.

Strings by Mail is my go to for all my classical guitar string needs. I love reading other players' sets and being able to give them a try.

I've been using Strings By Mail for several years and the customer service, hospitality, and quality are unmatched. All around great vibes from the team with diverse selections you will not find ay any other store fronts.

Strings By Mail has become my go-to source for guitar strings. Their selection is phenomenal, as is their service. Great folks to deal with. I always get a hand-written “thank you” note on the receipt, a most welcome touch. You won’t find better.
