Shipping was reasonable, customer service great and I got my strings fairly quickly.

When you have a ukulele with no onboard pickup that you want to amplify but not drill into, this little piezo pickup will do the job. I did have some trouble initially with noises from the cord, but worked through that with advice from Matt. Thanks!

Additionally, Matt, my product advisor, was very professional, patient and helpful. The strings were delivered on time.

I'm impressed by the quality of these strings, given their price and the great volume that they deliver. However, be aware of their tension, as the company doesn't provide the detailed weighting information for each string. While they are called a "light tension", in reality, the trebles feel under the fingers harder and more rigid than D'Addario's extra hard tension trebles, which explains their very loud volume, punchy feel, and notoriously short sustain. The basses do appear to be of lighter tension, but the overall balance across the set is surprisingly very good. Verdict: I think these might be fantastic flamenco strings, but for classical guitar, I would prefer something with a bit more treble sustain.
