5 Stars. I've never been disappointed when dealing with Strings by Mail. I've been experimenting with different brands and string tensions for two of my guitars and have been especially looking for particular things like volume and feel. I've called the 800 number and each time I've always been fortunate to speak to Matt and have received good advice before purchasing.
