Stings-by-mail is my goto shop for all my classical guitar strings. Great service, best prices, and fast delivery. They quickly refunded my Sugar strings which had horrible intonation. I use Pyramid gut trebles and Aquila silk bass strings and it's really nice to know if the natural materials have any defects that SBM is there to rectify the issue.

When I originally order the strings, SbM was sold out. You told me that you would send them as soon as your stock was replenished. It took 2-3 weeks for the strings to be restocked and then they arrived here in just a few days. You all did a wonderful job.

Well, since you asked me to rate my experience with Strings by Mail, I would have to say that I was very disappointed with this order. I ordered (4) Fremont STR-FWG Soloist Wound low G strings for a tenor uke but unfortunately received (4) Fremont STR-FTG Black Fluorocarbon Low G sets instead. I have zero interest in what you sent. They may be decent strings, but I already have plenty of fluorocarbon sets that I am more than happy with. I will say, based on my previous purchase with Strings by Mail, I was very satisfied with both the service and the quality of the strings. This time, not so much.
