The free storage on my monitor was full and I was notified that I would have to purchase more storage. Messaged UbiBot for help to purge the data and they told me me how to do it over the phone. Very nice and useful concept, accurate. Required some knowledge to make it working properly. But when its properly configured, it’s an amazing monitoring tool. Don’t hesitate if you need to monitor crops.

Love the WS1 and the incredible functions it provides. But tech support is awful. Had an issue with the splitter and a 5V supply in my remote home. Provided enough information to tech support to initiate a diagnosis. But in the numerous messages that went back and forth over several weeks, the support agent would not answer *one* question I had. Nor was he courteous. Upon my return to my remote home, resolved the issue myself.
