The free storage on my monitor was full and I was notified that I would have to purchase more storage. Messaged UbiBot for help to purge the data and they told me me how to do it over the phone. I was successful! Most impressive was email follow up that all went well with my problem and solution. G

Very nice and useful concept, accurate. Required some knowledge to make it working properly. But when its properly configured, it’s an amazing monitoring tool. Don’t hesitate if you need to monitor crops.

Love the WS1 and the incredible functions it provides. But tech support is awful. Had an issue with the splitter and a 5V supply in my remote home. Provided enough information to tech support to initiate a diagnosis. But in the numerous messages that went back and forth over several weeks, the support agent would not answer *one* question I had. Nor was he courteous. Upon my return to my remote home, resolved the issue myself.

Saves you a lot of headaches!! Way better than Traceable thermometers. You can set-up your Ubibot to notify you when the temp is going out of range so you can prevent inventory disaster

You're super team were very responsive to my questions and provided the information I needed. They also were actionable when I informed them that a price drop occurred shortly after I purchased the ws1-wifi. They refunded to me the difference and it's in my account. Got to say we love it. We currently have several calibrated Temp & Humidity monitors on our production floor where we have to record daily the values. We still do that as a required record. But what the UbiBot has done, is give us real data to see what happens across the days and nights and allow us to diagnose any issues before going below our humidity cutoff.
