I think there’s a lot of room to improve, but Ubibot is 5 stars vs. any other options. The new LoRa products do not seem quite ready to go. I had a very hard time connecting my WS1 Pro-L to the LoRa hubs. In fact, I was not able to at all and support had to do it for me. But they tried very hard and got it to work. I’m sure they will fix this. Their documentation is poor. Links to YouTube videos that are out of date or irrelevant for example. The graphics in the app could use a lot of improvement. For example, scrolling and period selection should be by pinching any dynamic update. Instead you have to select the period in a menu. The display of the time value when a point is selected is tiny and almost unreadable and often conflicts with other information. There is a lot of work needed here, but unlike other companies, I am confident Ubibot will do this work soon.

I am still reviewing your device and i have to calíbrate sensors, cause it seems from factory are coming not so good. API was complicated because is the not use of “feeds” . But your response and customer service and how quick answered was really very good from Janine. Great for her. Cause i am begigingin establish an start up i am assesing some other devices instead of manufacturing by pieces. Hope Ubibot will be the prefiered one . Let see

Precise, innovative equipment. We've been using it for several years and have been buying it again. The platform and app are dynamic and very comprehensive.
The sensor device (temp/humid/lux) is OK, but has firmware issues that result in corrupted data. Not major errors, but troubling nonetheless. The web portal has a bit of a learning curve Once you get the hang of it, it’s quite comprehensive. Support, while responsive at first, leaves much to be desired. They never did resolve a well-documented issue with corrupted data.
