I am very satisfied with your product but I did have a little difficulty setting it up. Customers would benefit by your video’s being longer with more detail and an explanation of the process rather than trying to watch, read and listen to unnecessary prerecorded music.

Convenient way to monitor temperature remotely (and humidity and lux). Unfortunately the temperature readings are significantly affected by the device itself. The recordings rise by about 1/3 degree when the device synchronises over wifi, with a reciprocal impact on relative humidity readings. This shows as a serrated profile on the temp and humidity graphs. Also, for a device with USB mains power, during a power cut when the device falls back to battery power the recorded temperature spikes by several degrees, creating a false maximum in the attached screenshot.

This is a really good tool and works well. The app is really well layed out. Please could you modify so a real alarm can be set up. An alarm that will wake me up in the night when I’m sleeping. Until then it is only half ready.

We use Nr1 and it appears to be reliable. Improvement have to be done especially about data retriving, but assistance have been very good up to now.

Good overview

The port that the device plugs into looks like it should be an Access Port. Not a Trunk Port. The devices go off-line for a time and I don't know why. Some of the config is a learned thing as the documentation and sometimes the support are lacking. Otherwise, generally good. I changed the port to access and now the 1 device is no longer off-line for 2 months. Weird, huh?

After the initial enquiry communication, the request was actioned to give us the response for moving forward with the hardware & software issue

UbiBot are happy to help with set up and any downstream issues with the devices. We have a monitor per freezer on site, so having customer service to help provide user and assignment details is perfect. Only downside is that our sites hidden network is hard to connect to, so switch to SIM card where you have poor WIFI to limit service disruption.

the system is very practical to work

Have just set mine up as a testing unit and i have to say so far im impressed. The more i play with the WS1 to more functions ive found. Ultimately time will tell. Easy to set up and link.
