I have 6 units monitoring Food Pantry Freezers. I was initially having trouble with units on fringe of router reception dropping off line. After replacing router RSSI unproved by over 6dbm. Now no problems. Units held data even after being offline for several weeks!
Customer service was helpful but the app itself is not clear for use. I tried multiple times to change the settings for notifications. I reached out as well. This should be simple. In the end, I wasn't able to resolve it at all. Now, I just check myself and ignore the emails as I can't set the frequency with any precision so they typically reach a max and stop
Really enjoy the Ubibot product for tracking my orchid grow tent environments.Your products allow me to know exactly how they are doing no matter where I am. BTW - Please add API access to all raw data, this is a critical missing feature.

professional resolution of my problem.
Fast solution, but the app and/or device should have expressed the issue why it was failing the wifi sync. The wifi sync was working, but device got error as no account data space - data needed to be deleted. In my case this happened as wifi when down, for several days, the rule alerting when no contract with device filled up data. Once wifi fixed, device kept failing to reconnect - but gave no good reason why. - seems like netword or PW issues - I needed tech to explain. The app could have called this out as the attempt to reset/resync wifi, before the attempt was.made..

Connection to the Wi-Fi is very poor; but it is the only one in the market.

Great product backed up by a great service
The free storage on my monitor was full and I was notified that I would have to purchase more storage. Messaged UbiBot for help to purge the data and they told me me how to do it over the phone. I was successful! Most impressive was email follow up that all went well with my problem and solution. G
