We use Nr1 and it appears to be reliable. Improvement have to be done especially about data retriving, but assistance have been very good up to now.
Good overview
The port that the device plugs into looks like it should be an Access Port. Not a Trunk Port. The devices go off-line for a time and I don't know why. Some of the config is a learned thing as the documentation and sometimes the support are lacking. Otherwise, generally good. I changed the port to access and now the 1 device is no longer off-line for 2 months. Weird, huh?
After the initial enquiry communication, the request was actioned to give us the response for moving forward with the hardware & software issue
UbiBot are happy to help with set up and any downstream issues with the devices. We have a monitor per freezer on site, so having customer service to help provide user and assignment details is perfect. Only downside is that our sites hidden network is hard to connect to, so switch to SIM card where you have poor WIFI to limit service disruption.

Have just set mine up as a testing unit and i have to say so far im impressed. The more i play with the WS1 to more functions ive found. Ultimately time will tell. Easy to set up and link.
I have 6 units monitoring Food Pantry Freezers. I was initially having trouble with units on fringe of router reception dropping off line. After replacing router RSSI unproved by over 6dbm. Now no problems. Units held data even after being offline for several weeks!
Customer service was helpful but the app itself is not clear for use. I tried multiple times to change the settings for notifications. I reached out as well. This should be simple. In the end, I wasn't able to resolve it at all. Now, I just check myself and ignore the emails as I can't set the frequency with any precision so they typically reach a max and stop
Really enjoy the Ubibot product for tracking my orchid grow tent environments.Your products allow me to know exactly how they are doing no matter where I am. BTW - Please add API access to all raw data, this is a critical missing feature.
