I love the unit. . it flows throughout the first level of my home and works wonderfully.

I am already considering moving on from Scentair because these cartridges are great on days one and two, but after that, nothing. And I leave my house for 9-10 hours a day, so it's not nose blindness. Why won't they just wont sell home users the liquid cartridges like on the commercial side? Which, btw, once upon a time, these current cartridges being sold to the home consumer were the same ones they used on the commercial side, but were higher quality and the same size as the whisper home. I have two whisper homes set up, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, using the same scent. I dunno what the little pancake fan is supposed to be doing, 'cause it sure ain't moving scent. After the 30-day cartridge spent notification, I noticed the cartridge was still "wet" and had a strong smell, so I was quite confused about why it was not filling these areas, as other people have reported. I only order from the "strong" family. I ended up placing it on top of one of my air filters, the blows straight up, and finally achieved what I expected.
