The pieces in the last 2 puzzles I’ve purchased are too tight a fit. Very difficult to fit together. Something much have happed during production.

I do appreciate your staff helping me get these puzzles to me. I went through three deliveries and I ended up having to give them a different address to finally get it to me. UPS would make it close but didn’t follow instructions to get it to my actual address.

I've only tried one puzzle from this company so far. The colors are bright and eye-catching. The pieces fit together nice and tight, so you don't risk snagging a piece on your clothing and having the whole puzzle pull apart (yes, it has happened). I would definitely order from here again.

Springbok does a fantastic job of helping you over the phone to select things if they are too busy they call you back to assist you. My issue is that I never know which ones are really the newest ones and I don’t wanna get repeat ones for my sister-in-law who is a puzzle fanatic Thankfully the person on the phone called me back and verified the ones that I had chosen so that I knew my sister-in-law did not already have them. They are always package very very well and come in perfect condition in a timely manner.

LOVE Springbok puzzles. They are our FAVORITE puzzles. Quality is #1. Interlocking pieces. We glue our puzzles when we are done. Some get framed and hung, some go to family to hang and some are in the attic. Please keep up the excellent quality.
