The randomness in piece size and format was what I was looking for. Poor die cuts, and chaff were a problem as well as a duplicate piece with differing color attributes.

I received the puzzle promptly and the shipping price was reasonable.

Never receive all of order when I looked in line it showed ship but shipping slip and box had 1/2 of order. It took a few emails reaching out on Facebook to get help the Facebook got things going and I called to ask for a refund. Was never given the options to pick other puzzles Not looking to order again

And the box itself is a work of art -- I love the colors they chose for the box. The pieces are solid and snappable, which is important for that excellent tactile experience.
