Never receive all of order when I looked in line it showed ship but shipping slip and box had 1/2 of order. It took a few emails reaching out on Facebook to get help the Facebook got things going and I called to ask for a refund. Was never given the options to pick other puzzles Not looking to order again

I am the artist! I'm just SO thrilled for the opportunity to work with Springbok on this puzzle. I ordered several for friends and family and I've gotta say, the quality is EXCELLENT. And the box itself is a work of art -- I love the colors they chose for the box. The pieces are solid and snappable, which is important for that excellent tactile experience. Haven't started any of my latest puzzles bought from Sprinbok, I just finished a 1500 Sprinbok puzzle titled Cabin Evening Sunset. Sadly it is missing a piece. Hopefully I cam get in touch with Sprinbok tomorrow
