Why are the puzzles always missing one piece?

Could be a 5, but 1 out of 5 puzzles (3 still to open) in my initial order have a missing piece & haven't heard back from customer support in about a week since my report. Not a deal-breaker, but sad. I'm also a fan of the free sticker gift!
