Never Buy a Pre-built from NZXT!!!!
If I could also give zero stars, I would. This is the 5th time in under a year that the PC I bought is giving me major problems. When I initially bought it, two weeks later I noticed it wouldn't shut down properly and NZXT kept giving me the run around to try and get me to fix it myself when ir was making the problem worse so I got fed up and asked them to just take it back to look at it because I have warranty on it and when they did, it turns out there were faulty parts that they had to change!!!! Months later my PC is still slow and glitches a lot and now my PC won’t let me play any games and I am so fed up with the PC I don’t even want it anymore.

Hello from Turkey, I have built two systems using NZXT products—one for myself and one for my son (11 years old). First System: • NZXT H9 Elite • NZXT C850 Gold • NZXT Kraken 360 Elite • NZXT F120 RGB DUO Triple Pack Second System: • NZXT H9 Flow • NZXT C850 Gold • NZXT Kraken 240 • NZXT Kraken 360 RGB H9 Elite vs. H9 Flow: The biggest difference between the H9 Elite and H9 Flow is mostly visual. The inclusion of F120 DUO fans in the Elite version is a great touch. It would have been nice if at least the F120 fans were included in the Flow as well. If I buy a white case, I expect everything to be white, down to the smallest screw. However, in the H9 series, some details—like the rear cable brackets—are black. The cable management system is excellent, and the dual-chamber design makes organizing components easy. In terms of cooling, it feels like the H9 Flow performs better. Due to the glass panel on the top of the H9 Elite, I’m not entirely sure if the airflow is as effective as in the Flow. Kraken vs. Kraken Elite: The standard Kraken AIO coolers are more than enough in terms of cooling performance. I don’t think the Kraken Elite is worth the extra price if you are only considering cooling and noise levels—the only difference is the LCD screen. One thing that stood out to me: The F120 DUO fans included in the H9 Elite are not used on the Kraken AIO coolers. I believe Elite models should come with F120 DUO fans for a complete visual match. Power Supply (PSU): Performance-wise, the NZXT C850 Gold is excellent. The cables are braided, which is great. However, I had to use a 90-degree connector for the 24-pin motherboard cable. Without it, the cable routing was a bit messy, creating an untidy look. I personally prefer clean cable management, so this small change made a huge difference. I recommend it to others as well. However, it would be even better if NZXT designed the cables with built-in 90-degree connectors instead of requiring an external adapter. Overall, I’m r...

Seven Star Costumer Service
A month ago accidentally I broke the glass of the H500 case. I looked to buy it but couldn't find it anywhere. Desperate, I contacted NZXT costumer service to have it and could pay for it. Today I recived the side glass for free. This kind of service deserves seven stars. I'm so happy and thank you Lennard from costumer service.

Saud is amazing
Saud provided outstanding customer service! They were fast, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me, even when they didn’t have to.

Terrible never buy from here
If I could give it 0 stars I would, on arrival nothing worked on the computer, everything crashed, google chrome won’t even run properly, took it somewhere for some diagnostic and found out that the motherboard, both ram sticks and my GPU was defective. That is absolutely atrocious, customer service is useless. Please save the money and never even think about getting anything from here.

Amazing PC but cable management hurts
Player 2 prime. Runs great no problems, didn't come with any scratches, no problems at boot up either. The packing messed up some gasket on the cpu cooler screws but doesn't effect anything. And I don't care. And then theres Cable management. . . . a few cords were stressed almost sideways at plug in with no wiggle room, had to reorganize all of it. Made me second guess my whole purchase seeing that. But no issues after fixing. As far as prebuild goes, cheaper then doing it myself where I live. It's set up to plug and play out the box and customer service was pretty good with helping. PC is amazing and I'm super happy with it.

Bad product
I just bought a prebuilt two player prime, I started playing DayZ and I kept getting kicked out of lobbies due to poor connection. My buddy bought the same exact computer at the same exact time and he's able to pull 600 mbps like it should. I got to looking and my lan card can only receive a max of 433 mbps. For 2000 dollars I expect a PC to be able to receive 600 mbps. My buddy has no problems with his, I shouldn't be having these issues. I think I received a PC that someone has returned to them so for that I will never purchase another NZXT product again.

Issues w/ Prebuilt and Customer Service
After purchasing the Player Two prebuilt the day before new years, It was said that it would ship out by the 20th of January. I was pleasantly surprised to have received my build on the 9th but faced issues when booting my PC. Due to my work schedule conflicting with their customer service hours, it has made the process of fixing my PC that much more painful as I spent 2 weeks of back and forth emails with customer service, unable to call before they close at 6:00. After receiving an RMA ticket with a prepaid shipping label, I was asked to ship back only my GPU so that they could replace it, but I ended up having to pay for my own packaging materials and although $15 isn't going to kill me, if I am dropping nearly $2k on anything, let alone a PC, I would prefer to not have to spend extra money to get it fixed if there were any complications at all. I understand the shipping process could cause issues like this to happen which was a risk i was willing to take considering I had purchased their streaming PC back in 2020 with no issues to this day (ended up giving it to a friend). With that said, the current issues I have been facing from a PC that wont boot, and delays in response from customer service, it is disappointing and upsetting to have had this build for 3 weeks and still not having the ability to use it. This further raises my concerns seeing that if my GPU has issues, what good would a replacement be if other parts may have issues that I have not yet discovered. At this point after replacements are made or issues are fixed, you no longer have a new PC but a refurbished one. I fail to understand why if your out the box new PC is not working, you cannot simply send it back and get is replaced completely. If you are willing to take the risk of buying one, just know that you will ultimately be getting the backend of the deal if any complications arise as soon as you receive it.
