This is my first time
This is my first time ever owning a gaming PC and it runs fantastic! So far there haven’t been many issues. The only thing is that it would black out my screen a few times for a second and then the picture would come back after long periods of time gaming. Might be due to heating, but overall would still recommend.

Terrible Custmer Support
The hardware is standard and what you would expect for a gaming PC. After 20 days my gaming graphic card failed. FYI, They claimed a new PC can not be refunded after 15 days. 3 months of customer support and I sent the PC back to be repaired. One month later I received the PC back and it still has the problem. They lied about replacing the GPU. 6 months and I am still unable to us this new PC. No one should have to go though this much trouble.
