Worst customer service
Worst customer support to ever exist. I had a part go out less than 10 months after buying a PC and when I contact them to buy a new part or have it fix they don't respond. Currently out $2,000 in less than a year

The PC was built and
The PC was built and shipped on time. The PC is excellent, built solid and performes as expected. However, ordering from the website was not a good experience!! When selecting options, it would reset the all options on the form if I was comparing options and returning to the form to make my selections. In the end, after redoing it over & over, I ended up missing the RGB fans upgrade that I wanted.

NZXT has done a good
NZXT has done a good job with my order. The system arrived roughly a week before the expected delivery date, and they communicated well at each step of the process. Guides for setting up the system as well as links to FAQs and such were provided. I didn't have any issues, and so I didn't need to use much of those resources, but they were provided anyway which I appreciate. Overall, I've had a good experience.

I ordered it as soon as it was in stock again and got it very fast. I was impressed by the packaging, incredibly solid. The machine itself works well and has the expected performance. I love that there was no bloatware installed in Windows, just what I needed to get started and nothing else. 10/10. My first pre-built after a life time of building my own, I’ll keep buying them from you I think.

Unreliable pre-builts sold here
Bought a brand new player 3 prebuilt and started running into problems within 7 months of purchase. Problems with the BIOS, firmware, RAM sticks replaced on 3 separate occasions, and finally the GPU. My PC has been with NZXT for warranty repairs for over 1. 5 months total time now, with no compensation of any sort while I sit and wait for the product to be “repaired” for the 3rd time.

Probably avoid
Computer came fast, looks great, but it bogged down with so many unnecessary downloads and add ons. My computer worked semi correctly for a few months but then I just started having all kinds of crazy issues. Was recommended just a standard reset and all of a sudden windows was gone and without windows the computer wouldn’t even start up. Had a 5000$ paperweight. Got it back up and running, last a week then same problems started again. Overall I’d just avoid this. A cheaper pc with no problems is more than worth when you don’t know if you wasted your money or not and nobody cares enough to help. It’s passed off and passed off. Here’s to hoping I can get some help one of these times while it’s still under warranty
