Had the product for about a year now. The restart options via terminal, start menu, etc do not work as intended. I always have to hold power button to fully shut off.

They move like a turtle I purchased my computer set last May 15 and they said they will ship my order by May 29 wth… plus 3-6days to arrive. This is my 2nd computer from them not planning to get my 3rd one or return it…. !!!!

A large number of years ago, I bought an NZXT PC case. I also bought an AIO watercooler of another brand based on the NZXT compatibility guide listing it as fully compatible. Turns out it was not. After emailing NZXT about this, I was told in no uncertain terms, to cut up my PC case to make the radiator fit. I was also told that their compatibility list, has not been tested and they cannot guarantee that something they say is compatible, will be compatible. I've never purchased an NZXT product since, based on them blatantly lying from the get go and not testing their products alongside others before saying they work together.

I just got my 2nd NZXT PC yesterday. The first PC came when they were still assembling in house, and I got it within 3 days (great PC, but Win10, not able to support Win11), and since I used that PC for about 5 years, it was time to upgrade. Thanks to "out-of-house" assembly, it DID take longer, but the PC showed up just like the last one. Fully assembled, Really nice, and working well with little hassle. I did a full custom build last time. This time I did the "Player Two Prime" (I wanted the 5070ti and it was the only way to get it at that moment). Overall? Another great experience, another good PC. I just feel I needed to dock it one star since delivery time nearly tripled since my last purchase. But if you're not in a hurry for a PC? NZXT is still "Five-Star" worthy. . . Thanks,

I know it’s not even a thousand miles close to NZXTs fault but the delivery driver delivery it with one hand making me nervous it would fall and it made me consider how FedEx had been treating my package the whole trip here.

Horrible service. They have parts on the site but then you talk to a employee and they tell you they are not stocking them anymore. I know have a case missing a side and can't replace it. Worst company ever.

Shipping was delayed for the simple fact i did not pay the extra $50. Yes, $50. . . . If you want your PC to come ON time like they said, please pay the $50. . . . I understand some people pay for fast shipping, however, when its a week later and mine is continuously being pushed back , that's crazy. My order will be pushed back every time someone order's fast shipping regardless if i ordered a while ago.

Speedy delivery, however one item came dented with the box bottom soaking wet, likely an issue with the chosen delivery company rather than NZXT themselves. Placing a request with customer service could have been better. I opted to submit a request form the first time and it was super slow. When I submitted the request, it said to expect replies within 1 to 2 business days however it took 3 business days to get a first reply back, and I didn't get a response back after 8 hours when I replied. The AI chat was not useful, but when i got connected to a person, it was a lot more helpful. They replied and helped me get my issue sorted out. Thanks Aigel.

NZXT did fantastic with the build and shipping. They said I would receive it on a certain date , and I did. I could not belive how fast I got it. The PC works really great . I would gladly do it all over again. Cogratulations to NZXT
