I needed to make an exchange and a change in a pending order, and customer service was very helpful. It was also quick and easy to get through to a live agent.

Unfortunately, soft surrounding billed me two months for shipping and handling. I called and reported that I didn’t sign up for $14. 99 per month. I have a store near me! No reason for this mistake!!
