I already wrote a review about the product. As far as shipping and returns, Soft Surroundings did extremely well and I received my credit in a timely fashion

I only shop with free shipping or on sale due to prices.

I’ve never had an issue with any order.

Easy to deal with soft surroundings, comfortable clothes and fast shipping.

Always great quality and fast shipping.

Love Soft Surroundings! Everything is always great quality and sizes very acurafe!

really wonderful to work with

Easy ordering and fast delivery. The packaging was even very pretty!

Soft Surroundings provides very quick service. Products are always attractive and well made.

Service was very good, but disconcerting that gift wrapping is no longer available, I would have been happy to pay for it,

Easy to use.

Easy

All perfect

The shipping was a little slow but in good condition

Love their clothes!

Easy transaction

High quality.

Always pleased with Soft surroundings

I liked about 1/2 of the products. The sizes between different items vary so the main problem is that you never know what size to order. But many of the tops are beautiful so it's worth it for me to pay the return fee, although I limit my shopping to once a year.
