It is easy to return an item. I just wish they would not charge $9. 95 to return an item. That is why I hesitate to order something sometimes.

Soft Surroundings make Returning very easy with Happy Returns. I understand the need to charge for this Service but have a suggestion. Perhaps give loyal Customers a credit, toward future purchases, for the Return Fee or a portion thereof.

I've bought clothes from Soft Surroundings for years. I still wear all the old clothes. They have held up well to multiple washings and wearings. Very high quality tops. (Tops are about all that I buy. . . or their leggings)

I am still disappointed that with the amount of money I spend with Soft Surroundings, I am still charged shipping and the solution of billing us 19. 99 a month for "free shipping" is a joke. I turned that off. Set a price for free shipping like every other retailer. It can be high like $125 or more, you get free shipping on up to X number of items even" If you want some limit. But really, that's my biggest complaint.
