I was disappointed in the shipping/return policy. This discourages new customers from trying your brand or return customers whose weight has changed. That's something to consider in the age of GPL 1.

I would have given the service at SS five stars except that, although we tried to get it corrected, the item ordered was never delivered due to some kind of mix up in labeling, upping the frustration level. However, a refund was quickly issued when requested.

Service was good. I wish the shipping was cheaper, but it's not too bad. When your products are on sale they are a good price, otherwise they can be a bit pricey for me.

Love all the clothing that I have purchased over the years from Soft Surroundings over the years, but I do miss the “brick and mortar” stores
