Shipping time is not great, especially on sale items that are on back order

I have been happy with the quality. I would prefer a no cost return especially since I was only returning to exchange for size.

Received the item in just a few days. I had previously ordered the same item in a larger size. The instructions for return of that item was simple and easy.

I cannot return it because accidently it got wet. Or I would return it.

It would be nice if shipping was included as it often stops me from buying.
