Website easy to use

The first necklace came broken and the customer service department had a replacement in the mail immediately. Soft Surroundings is a wonderful place to shop!

Easy online shopping with Soft Surroundings!

Great

Shipping service was great,

No problem with shipping

All went well.

Disappointed. Bought some final sale things which I have done before with no problem. This time I was disappointed. Fabric was poor. Sizing was off. One item shrunk so bad it did not look like the same product . No more final clearance for me. I did immediately let customer service no ,but it was final clearance so no help there

Faster shipping than in previous years.

Excellent.

Delivery as timely. Shipping is not cheap but had a free shipping coupon

Excellent

Shipping BOTH ways is a turn off. Especially when doing an exchange for another size. I'm shopping elsewhere

Always love my new pieces!

Love Softsurrounding store.

Return was easy

Shipment no issues and packing is impressive.

I’ve been a customer of Soft Surroundings since 2010. My favorite source of ordering clothing! Great style and quality!

The actual shopping was easy and packaging and shipping was great, faster than expected
