My experience has been very disappointing and changed my opinion of Soft Surroundings. I needed to exchange the Superla Slim Leg Pants for a smaller size. An exchange requires a phone call rather than outline. After 10 minutes of being continually being sold on some annual reward program, which I thought was not a value. I was told the exchange would be executed. Not so the items was just scheduled for a return. Enjoy the loss of a sale.

Karl buys SS items for me, his wife. I don't have knowledge of how the ordering process is for him or shipping opinions. I can say that items are packed beautifully. And because of that, items are wrinkled which is a negative. Ironing for me is a major challenge.
