My experience with the Stone Superstore has been fantastic. In fact, the service all around has been superb. I saw a tile online, Lunar Bianco Carved Stone Effect Porcelain, and ordered a sample. I loved it. I didn’t need many, enough for a small bathroom, so it was a small order. The staff at the Stone Superstore have been wonderful. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been super helpful. An extra hurrah for Jamie-Lee, who has gone out of her way to help me, even when I had to call her, after the work had started, to order extra tiles because I hadn’t ordered enough! She was brilliant. She is a credit to the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Stone Superstore and will certainly use them again for future projects. Lovely tiles! We are foing a loft conversion and adding 2 new bathrooms. . . ordered tiles. for 1 bathroom which when delivered they sent 8 of the correct tiles and 16 of incorrect ones! Emailed them as soon. as i found out and they immediately responded saying they wd send the remaining correct tiles asap. The bonus was that i got to keep the incorrect tiles foc! This gave me the tiles for the second bathroom at zero cost!! Happy days

I'm very happy with my new tiles, which arrived undamaged and on time and the driver was able to bring them down our narrow drive to where we needed them with a pallet truck.

Tiles were not of equal numbers as far as patterns go. So took some planning to keep them looking random,

We were relatively sure we knew what we wanted but ordered 4m as a large sample. Only 1 m was available so offered refund or choice of another material. Chose to have the existing 2 tiles delivered. One of these arrived broken. Tiles were taken to our door but the delivery pallet was left in the middle of the road. Refund received promptly. Company have been excellent at communicating & stock issues are occasionally unavoidable. good service somewhat marred by the delivery company.
