Tiles are fine, service is poor. Failed to deliver twice on agreed dates/times. Delivery providers these guys use are not fit for purpose. Probably ok for washing machine deliveries but not for building materials.

Initial set of samples never arrived but they sent out another set after I chased this up. Ordered large amount of paving slabs, and they came in n the day as planned excellently packed and delivered. Would def use this shop again

Really beautiful porcelain tiles at a great price. Service in showroom superb. They couldn't do enough laying out large choice of tiles so I could see how they would look down. Delivery was fast, within 3 days , including having to make a change to my original choice . The warehouse team were in touch on the day and replacement choice delivered with in original time frame. Refund of price difference received the following day. Will definitely go to the Stone Superstore again.

Easy to order samples. Great that they are free. Samples are a really good size so you can get a feel for what they’ll look like. Arrived quickly too.
