Order didn’t come with all the parts.

Hello, while assembling the workshop, we noticed some items and a page of instructions were missing. Not only that, but one of the bags wasn't sealed; instead, it was tied into a knot.

4 to 5 stars overall. 5 stars for toy features and cover, 4 stars for packaging (all big parts jumbled together, one leg arrived damaged), 5 stars for customer service (new undamaged leg arrived 2 days after I requested it), 4 stars for plastic quality (toys from other major manufacturers use slightly sturdier plastic). 4 stars for assembly, as it is best to use an electric drill to insert the screws (Step2 does mark where the holes should go).

My grand daughters are 2 and 3. 5 years old and the love playing in water. To avoid them putting sand in the dog bowl, I got them the pond to put it next to the sand box! Works great!
