Great customer service! We had a box that got partially opened in transit and were missing some of the screws and response was very quick and immediately sent us a new hardware pack!

These are amazing. We gave them to my wife for Christmas but had to give them to her early so she could display them before the grandchildren came over. She is going to paint them a solid gold color to match her decor. She loves them and that is what makes them perfect. Easy to assemble and store. Will let you know how the painting goes when we get to that. Thank you. Also I did have an issue with one set of legs. I contacted Step 2 and writhing 3 days I had a new set of legs. Great customer service. They stand behind their products.
