Only giving one star review because my son didn’t actually get to experience this product due to it being stollen off our porch no sooner than it was delivered. Called customer service of both Step2 and FedEx and got told there was nothing they can do and I would just have to purchase a new one but unfortunately I don’t have the money to just spend $50 on something that I’ve already bought once. I really hate that my son wasn’t able to experience this but maybe next year I guess.

We really like the nutcrackers.

Ordering, shipping and putting it
Ordering, shipping and putting it together was awesome and a breeze. The bottom step seems to flex quite a bit when stepping on it. I will have to come up with a fix otherwise it may tear. It already has a crease in it with the limited use so far. We are far below the weight capability of the step. Like the product just the quality may be lacking.

Before it arrived, Wayfair advertised
Before it arrived, Wayfair advertised it for approximately $120 less than Step2's "sale" price. Step2 refused to credit me the difference. Once received, it put together easily and is very cute. My grandson loves it. However, the price issue kind of ruined it for me.
