Very unhappy with customer service as I received the wrong Roller Coaster Extention and was told they do not do exchanges and to send it back but I have to pay for shipping. For me to send it back using USPS or FedEx it cost $120-$179 so I asked customer service if they could suggest an alternative shipping company but all I got was No. Now Im stuck with an extension that my grandson cant use. I will never buy from Step 2 again after this.

Wrong item sent out the 1st time. The kitchen center arrived very dusty and debris was on it and 1 cup had mold inside. I called the company after receiving the center and sent pictures of the mold in the cup.
