This Griddle is a Beast!! It’s heavy! I was going back and forth with the Pro or the standard. And I went with the Pro. Go Big or Go Home!! Bought it with the Drip pan and unseasoned. I used peanut oil twice and then bacon. It seasoned up perfectly! Basically did exactly like they said in the directions. Has that beautiful black look! It will just get better and better as I use it! Definitely buy the Drip pan! Unless you don’t care about the mess? Would definitely recommend!! Why wouldn’t I. It made in the GREAT USA!! But definitely consider the weight when buying. Wish I could have added pictures that I took from when I took it at of the box to after it got season up!

Ordered the full size pro series for my boyfriend for Christmas 2021. It's been a year and a half and we absolutely LOVE it! So much so, I just ordered the slim version for a friend as a wedding gift! We haven't had any issues... But be warned, the pro series is HEAVY, so be careful lifting. We rarely move ours from our stovetop for this reason.

First of all, love the steelmade pro. Cooking in it is fantastic. It keeps heat evenly and holds heat well and I have been extremely happy. We had to remove our center griddle grate to place the drip tray so and we never take this off the stove top. When we need to use the burner we slide the griddle over using the "extra" grate on our countertop to balance it and it's worked perfectly. My only suggestions are I wish the holes were tapered down so the grease would funnel down, it tends to pool up around the holes and you have to scrape it down in and I wish there was some kind of small ledge on the front to keep stuff from dripping over. You have to keep a close eye if you're cooking a lot of food especially bacon to make sure the grease doesn't run over the edge.

I purchased a custom flat top about 7 months ago. It is a heavy, solid product that fits perfectly on my gas stove. I just sent dimensions and images to them to produce for my gas stove. Our meals have been great and I no complaints. We hardly ever take it off the stove. Best part is preparing meals inside our home when it is very cold outside.

My son bought me a full sized 30" flat top for my gas stove about a year and a half ago. That thing is flat out awesome to cook on! I just recently purchased a Junior Pro. I have not seasoned it yet, but I'm sure it will be as awesome as the full size. These flat tops are amazing, you can cook so much food on it, enough for an entire family all at once. Cleanup is easy, like 2-3 minutes and you're done. I can't say enough good things about this cook top, and the pricing is extremely fair.

All the cooking accessories are top quality. Very heavy stainless steel and great for cooking. Love the wagyu beef tallow!

Bought this as a gift for my husband, works great in our smoker and the oven. Makes great pizza!!!

I purchased the 30" grill in June 22. The absolute best product ever! I had a restaurant and I loved cooking on a flat top. It heats up quickly and seasons easily. Extremely heavy which means it'll last forever. I purchased the cutting board in August, it just added that finishing beautiful touch to my kitchen. I'm ordering the heat shield. I never saw that earlier, but I think it will definitely protect my control panel.

I love the flat top, it seasoned up great and cooking on it is fun and easy. Everything that I expected. The only reason for 4* instead of 5 is the tool set that came with it. The spatulas are not beveled at all, and the sharp corners dig into the seasoning of the steel. 15 minutes with a file and polishing stone takes care of this, but for the money, there are better sets of tools out there.

This board kit made my cover board feel like brand new.

I just wanted to let you know that I got the custom flat top today and I just got done setting it up. It looks great, the drip tray fits perfectly with the risers and now I'm ready to rock. Very excited to get to cooking on this, thank you so much for going through the extra trouble for me.

I did want to take the time to tell you what a great product you make. The grill is incredible. It works great. It is a quality product. I’ve told a bunch of my friends about it. There are about 5 to 10 of them that will be purchasing in the next 3 or 4 months. I love this grill!!!

The custom Flat Tops I ordered are absolutely terrific and they fit beautifully. I made up some bacon and then did steak sandwiches for the kids. It was fantastic!

It’s a great product. I’ve cooked for ambassadors, 4 star generals, and of course many commercial kitchens and this grill ranks up there with the equipment in many of those kitchens. To have something like this in a home kitchen at a price most people can afford is really amazing. Gonna ask my wife dor the cutting board for Fathers Day😜. Thanks again.

I love this thing! i was able to cook 15 hamburger patties at one time. I was also able to handle a huge breakfast for the family and not have a lot of dishes afterwards. I love to cook and this makes it even better!

As a line cook, I'm always disappointed when I go home and don't have professional equipment. With the Steelmade flat top I can do burgers, taco meat and veggies with the same quality as in a professional kitchen. Plus I can finally cook more than 1 or 2 pancakes or slices of French toast at once!
