Different pricing I asked before the shipment started to get the better discount i've noticed on the web site (18% instead of 15%). its not much but since the chair hasn't arrived yet i expected to be able to get it since i do have the option to return it according to the web site in 14 days. The first resopnd i recieved was something like "not gonna happen since you know the price when you bought it. ", i reply to it that i can return the chair since 14 days haven't passed yet. for this one i was just ignored.

Shipping and delivery can be better
Shipping and delivery can be better. Status updates on the website are not clear, as there is no proper communication with the delivery partners. The only way now is to receive a mail communication from the delivery partner, which is not ideal.

A very good chair (Steelcase Gesture), what can I say
A very good chair (Steelcase Gesture). Keep in mind, when you first get it the chair might sit weird or not comfortable. But that fades within a week. Your body needs to adjust to the new sitting posture which is better for your body. Only down side is, when it is really warm and humid the chair might feel a tad to warm on the skin. But even that can be fixed with some AC or just a relaxing sit in the garden. All in all a very good chair and very good customer service.

Pésimo servicio post-venta
Pedí una silla, que según su web tardaba 3 semanas porque era el tiempo de fabricación de la silla. Cual fue mi sorpresa, que después de 3 semanas recibo una silla que no era nueva y que había sido claramente montada y probada/usada, ya que venia parcialmente montada, sucia y mal embalada. Me puse en contacto con Steelcase, adjuntándoles fotos de como venia, reclamando un cambio, pues yo había comprado (y pagado un precio no barato precisamente) una silla nueva, y tras enviarles varios correos y llamarles por teléfono (tras lo cual me decían que tenía que contactar con ellos via correo electrónico, que no atendían por teléfono si había comprado a través de su web), después de 2 meses desde la compra, y tras enviarles varios correos, aun sigo esperando una respuesta. Desaconsejo totalmente la compra en esta tienda por el pésimo trato al cliente. Actualización 15/09/2023: Casualmente, tras publicar esta opinión me contestaron por fin a mis correos. Copio litearmente su respuesta: "Tras la revisión de su casa por nuestro equipo de Calidad en la planta de fabricación de la sillería nos comentan: - Las sillas solo se fabrica en la planta de Sarrebourg y entregamos siempre productos nuevos, nunca usados. - Que el polvo que se observa en las ruedas es debido a la prueba sistemática que realizan regulando la silla antes de empaquetarla (probablemente, polvo suelto de la fábrica), para asegurarse del perfecto funcionamiento de todas las funcionalidades. - La marca sobre la base ha debido ser provocada por el cartón del embalaje durante la entrega, por roce indebido. Por lo que, para solucionar las molestias correspondientes, y para que pueda disfrutar de su silla en perfectas condiciones, procederemos a sustituir la base de la silla, con cinco nuevas ruedas" Lástima que no pueda adjuntar las fotos que hice de la silla cuando abrí la caja en esta reseña, porque demuestran claramente que las explicaciones que proporcionan no tienen sentido alguno, y que las marcas que traía la...

Bad and disappointing service
It took more than a month to the chair to arrive. I didn't get responses in email or phone throughout August 2023. At the beginning of September, while I I still haven't received the chair after almost 1 month of waiting, I saw there is a discount of 15%. Since the chair haven't arrived yet, I asked for the discount, as if I would order the chair at this moment. The reply was cold and with no understanding of my case. Overall the customer service was very bad, I did not expect this from a 1400 euro chair.

Great chair, easy to assemble. Worth the wait. Not a lot of communication after order was placed, however as stated, after 2-3 weeks I was informed that the delivery will take place and I should select a time that will work for me.

No está mal pero con alguna deficiencia
Lo mejor: Silla cómoda, ajustable aunque con alguna limitación, y aparentemente resistente. Nada que ver con las sillas de baja calidad que nos cuelan como “gaming” Lo peor: Aunque el respaldo es ajustable no tiene bloqueo de posición y algunos acabados presentan rebordes que habría que mejorar ya que arañan. También mejorable el envío y embalaje. No es normal esperar semanas un producto.

Perfect Customer Service
Steelcase has delivered perfect customer service! I ordered my Leap chair and because my body was not yet adjusted to the Leap chair within the 14 days of cancellation/return right, I started the return process. After the return request was submitted, I had to wait for the Leap chair to be picked up. In the meantime, I ordered a new Steelcase chair; the Gesture. However, during the waiting time, my body adjusted to the Leap chair and I asked them If I could please cancel my return request and also please cancel my newly placed order for the Gesture chair. As it turned out my body needed additional time to adjust to the Leap chair. I now absolutely love the Leap chair which is very comfortable for working 40+ hours a week from home and also for gaming in my spare time. Steelcase canceled my return request and reimbursed the amount for the Gesture chair. Their customer service is very friendly and response and will sent you most of the time an answer on the same day or latest on the next day. Thank you for this great customer experience and also for making such a great Leap chair!

Great products, I bought a stand desk and a office chair - gesture, I love it! Both are pretty and comfortable. The only minor star I gave was for the time to deliver, it takes a lot, but it worth :)

Contacted the support team about the Amia chair not being included in the sale at that time. They informed me of an upcoming sale later in the month which I greatly appreciated. Ordered it with a discount and the chair was delivered in 7 days. So far the chair sits great, much more comfortable than the HM Mirra 2. Very happy with my purchase.
