This has got to be the worst company online order plants from. $190 in plants, most were dead on arrival, after planting 8 of the plants received, only one came up, and I have my doubts it will be the plant I ordered. Forget about customer service, sent two emails complaining and yet to receive a response from this worthless business. Never again would I use them or remotely recommend anyone else. Hopefully they will shut it down. Next complaint is to the BBB. Alot of friggin money for a bunch of worthless high dollar plants.

Climbing rose ordered in February. Told that it would be here at planting time. Waited through the first few weeks of April for arrival. No rose and no communication from Springhill. I initiated a call. Was told it was on backorder and would come in Mid-May. I told them that was unacceptable and cancelled. I did not think more of it until the rose finally arrived today, again with no pre-communication. So, took order without mentioning the back order, did not communicate, and then customer service did not follow through with the cancellation. So, service could not have been worse. I do a lot of mail order with other, and apparently more reputable, garden companies and have never had an experience like this.

Spring Hill Nurseries Never Again Will I order from them!! I placed an order on 3/21/26, all plants said they were available. Now I get it’s a busy time of year & was trying to be patient. April 1st it said my rose bush was batched for shipping & one other plant was on BO. On 4/9 I sent an email, no response, until I called on 4/13, then received an email back. On 4/13 I talked to a guy on the phone who said my rose bush should ship that week and they would Not hold my order just because one plant was on BO. I sent another email on 4/27 as I hadn’t received anything & they said they were working on it. Meanwhile all my plants are going from available to BO, accept the rose bush. I called Again & talked to someone. She assured me my order was being sent. . still nothing. I called Again on May 1st & cancelled everything accept the rose bush that was supposedly ready to ship! It’s not 5/11 & it didn’t ship, I called & cancelled it too!! I placed orders with 2 other companies & had my plants in a week!! I’m unsure why my order was held and/or just not shipped but the whole experience was the worst I’ve ever had with a nursery & I order a Lot of plants

You can't ask for a better quality or selection of plants. They're delivered to your doorstep packaged and ready to place in the ground (after a day or two of adapting to the climate). I am pleased and excited about my purchase and will keep you up to date on their progress.

Just what I needed mine was stolen

placed an order 4/16 for 234. 15. Got an emailed confirmation at which time it said i would not receive the order until the middle of May! Called on the 18th and cancelled the order, was told i would receive a refund 3-5 business days. On 4/28 received half my order called again, reiterated I had cancelled the order! was told that half the order was in process and it could now be refunded, i again was told that I would receive my refund 3-5 business days. Fast forward to 5/9 received another piece in the order! I called back again told them I had cancelled the order and was waiting on my refund! was told again that the order i received was in process when I called on 4/28 (in process from 4/18 I don't think so)! Now I will receive my refund in 3-5 business days! At this point I assume all of you out there are holding your breath right?! Clearly demonstrating the company this group is and there ethics! Never AGAIN!!!!

I have been emailing Customer Service for a week for either a refund or replacement, and they have not responded, which makes me pretty discouraged. I ordered a Persian Slipper Lupine.

Plants are always well packed and very healthy! My garden areas are sprinkled with perennials from Spring Hill, many that go back several years.
