Plants were big and healthy. 2 of the 8 I purchased were badly broken in transit and didn’t make it. Perhaps shipping is to blame. Both the root ball and top must be protected and safe from travel

Plants arrive in great shape And do very well.

The plant material is outstanding. The plants, however, arrived unsecured, with the potting material loose within the plastic bag and the root ball dislodged from the pot. Further, one pot was upside down upon the other. I suggest tethering each pot separately to opposite ends of the shipping container when two pots are shipped.

I ordered two different roses as a birthday gift for my sister. One arrived in a few days and the other was about a month later, so I was a bit concerned. However, both are beautiful and she loves them.

This rose plant arrived in excellent condition. We planted it a few days ago. I will need to wait until next year to see how it climbs up the trellis we put next to it but I am excited to see the beautiful colors of its blooms!

Spring Hill sent my order packaged very well. I ordered 26 trees and very few had minimal damage, none were concerning at all. The directions were helpful as well regarding planting.
