I ordered 3 of the Midnight Marvel hibiscus which were dry root plants. They came very well packed and 2 out of the 3 had new growth starting on the tops. I planned to put them in a new flowerbed that I hadn't prepared yet so I potted them up in 10 quart buckets. It was amazing how fast they grew and when I was ready to transplant them, there was ample root growth. They look great and I look forward to them flowering.

I ordered several items not seen before on order numberso000010971. They arrived very jostled. The daylily never stood a chance, but my biggest disappointment was that only one of the 3 eye candy hibiscus survived. Being a seasoned gardener I never anticipated this result. I have gotten many plants online from Home Depot without any problems so I will be hesitant to order plants from you guys again….

Love the variety of your plants and bulbs, and the timing of sending them in the Fall is perfect for me at my new home so I may get the garden area prepared. 🥰

had to call to see why order had never been sent- i call and talk to employees but never get any information- just another deadline date. when that date comes and goes no one informs me. I'm very disappointed.

Ordered it on arch 14th. Kept getting push back ant when delivery was February 2027. Switch to another rose in May and I'm still waiting. Tried to cancel and they won't let me. As of June 25th. I am still waiting for two orders.

Spring Hill's website is easy to navigate and to place an order. I love looking at the different plants and flowers. The flowers I've purchased look like the pictures on the website.

I bought a scarlet dogwood a few years back. This year it was not scarlet red it was white. So questionable whether this tree reverted back to a white. The witch hazel I ordered in January never arrived you cancelled my order after I saw it was being shipped. Very disappointing. Will in future only buy things I see.

I waited for months for substantial information about when my plants would be sent. I received them in good shape, but after following the instructions on the customer information included in the mailing concerning fertilizing and watering, all of my plants were unhappy. One died. A lady at the gardening shop nearby said it was because I fed them fertilizer that burned the roots. To be fair, we did also see birds come and pluck some of the tender young leaves off. But I believe the plant would not have died if you had recommended fish emulsion fertilizer, which the gardener said was a non-burning fertilizer.

Most didn’t grow. Some did but shriveled after reaching 10 inches.

My plants arrived well packed and were healthy and ready to go. They are all doing well,spreading and coming into bloom. My garden looks great, but we are once again battling the Lantern Bug, besides the many other diners. It’s nice to know that , I can rely on SpringHill to provide good healthy plants so I have a fighting chance with Mother Nature. Thank you SHN.
