I purchased a Tropicana rose earlier this year that Fed Ex lost shipping, first to California and finally to my home in Virginia. Any ordinary rose could never have survived, but mine from SH is blooming and thriving. Thank you! I don't need a refund for my gorgeous rose.

I’ve used Spring Hill for over 35 years. Today’s experience was not 5 star. Initially the email from you said to use the FREE SHIPPING code 0485485 at checkout and then when I did it said Free Shipping didn’t apply for the items I ordered even though they were included in the plants and bulbs listed.

You offer nice unusual plants but shipping us too high

First and last time I made business with this company. Poor quality plant upon arrival, I placed the order back in April and as today in July, I am still waiting for 3 of 5 items I ordered, they keep saying is in back order. Why they don’t communicate that from the beginning, why they don’t label items out of stock instead. Customer service is also awful. I not even know I will get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Go with a different nursery.

Really Love some of the plants I have. I have had a hard time getting other plants to live or thrive. The quality and unique types, the support and listing of all the plant’s attributes help me so much on determining which plants will work on my limited space and conditions at my home. Some of my items was delivered dead. . . they were late or long in the shipping. Some of the items looked like dead sticks. . . but i planted them anyway. . . the have not come up either. When I made a comment to the company; they never offered to make it right, I would suggest ordering from your local nursery where they offer to make issues right
