Great customer service! But, why are tax exempt entities associated with one singular email address on the account, instead of the account that it's associated with? I've experienced issues with this, as we have multiple users on the same account.

Plug n play compatible with my Life Fitness T1 treadmill. Speed readout was very close to the original sensor even before calibration. Calibration passed with the new sensor. I replaced the sensor after the speed readout started dropping to zero in the middle of a workout. This has resolved the issue. Shipping was fast and the sensor was well packaged. Thank you.

Robert Butler was very helpful and pleasant to work with. My highest accolades to Mr Butler. However, the team at the factory customer service were unable to locate a correct part number. After several calls & disconnections I was told to use the part number for the opposite grip. It doesn't fit.
The representative Robert Butler was nice and friendly. He helped me find the right key to my treadmill. I was so excited when it worked.
Their response was great. I was able to order the parts I needed and they sent the instructions as soon as I requested it. Good customer service
Doesn't fit my SportsArt 530R. Which is probably my fault. It's supposed to be square on both ends but the one I got has a rounded top

Negative stars-but you force a one star for the review! LISA BOURLAND. She’s the textbook definition of a useless customer service representative who will lie, cheat, and steal rather than take responsibility or make anything right for the customer. She treats customer issues like a game, finding creative ways to avoid doing her job — clearly thriving in the anonymity of a remote role. Here’s the deal: This company — and specifically LISA — completely mishandled our order from start to finish. We provided exact model numbers, photos, and details of the treadmill board we needed. They confirmed the part and then sent the wrong part, which they even admitted in writing. Instead of owning their mistake, they shifted the blame to another vendor and invented an absurd excuse that our treadmill must have been “refurbished with a different part. ” That’s laughable. They were the ones who selected the part based on the information they requested! When we asked for an exchange or refund, they refused, stalled, and hid behind “waiting on the manufacturer,” all while we were left with a useless part and no resolution. Their version of “customer service” is nothing but finger-pointing, excuses, and a complete lack of accountability or integrity. LISA BOURLAND is the classic example of what happens when a company puts someone in customer service who has no intention of actually helping the customer. Bottom line: Do not waste your time or money with this vendor. They’ll take your payment, send the wrong item, and then refuse to fix their own mistake. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disgraceful.
