Placed an order for a battery for a LifeFitness stationary bicycle. Web site state it will be delivered three days later and was provided a UPS tracking number. Call this morning stating according to the tracking number it has never left the warehouse. Was assured they will "look into it" and update me. Never called and no updated information.

Service and selection are excellent. I ordered several parts for my Keiser stationary bikes. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Shipping cost were a bit high but they had what I wanted. I will be on the lookout for coupons and discounts if they send out any.
