My old prescription sunglasses had come to the end of its life, and it was clearly time for new ones, and an upgrade. So I went to an optometrist and got my eyesight tested. That was good. Then I did heavy research into prescription sunglasses. Basically I opted against inserts. My old glasses had inserts which meant they were heavier, more likely to fog up, and required more cleaning. I decided against the most prestige brands because I figure the Sport RX ones are very nearly as good but significantly cheaper. I got the Sport RX Olsen S. The ’S’ means small. I was glad that the sales representative spent some time with me on the phone, and sent my videos about how to measure the head to figure out the size of the glasses. So it became clear I needed the smaller size. I ordered the glasses and it wasn’t clear if I could get them before the Labor Day weekend, but I got them the day before, so I could go for a ride with good sunglasses. They didn’t say anything to me but I bet they were thinking I’d like to get them before the long weekend, so they went the extra mile. Anyway, I’m really happy with my sunglasses and with SportRX.

I am a medical doctor/orthopedic surgeon and have been wearing prescription glasses/sunglasses my entire adult life. I have a few SportRx prescription glasses and sunglasses. SportRx has nailed my prescription every time, and has built the most comfortable, sharp, crystal clear glasses/sunglasses I have ever owned! I live in these glasses and enjoy every minute in them. The precision in their build is insane. The comfort level, clarity, and relief of eyestrain is phenomenal. They are expensive and absolutely worth every penny. I checked out SportRx after being referred by my optometrist, and am I glad that I did. I purchased two pair of single vision sport glasses, one for day riding, one for night racing. I love them both. The frames are great quality in construction, the lenses are well constructed and easy to care for, and the service was top notch. I am sure that these will work well for me for some time, but I plan on returning to SportRx again and again in the future.
