I had SportRx replace my Rx lenses with a new prescription for an older pair of Serengeti frames. When I got the glasses back, something seemed "off. " I took them into my eye doctor and he found that the prism measurement was off on one of the lenses. I called support at SportRx and they emailed me a shipping label, sent the glasses back to Serengeti with a "Rush" order on them to have the lenses remade and got them back to me in about two weeks. Excellent customer service and at a fair price. Thank you, SprorRx!
