Processing and shipping my order up to Canada was timely and never encountered any issues with my RX eyewear that required any assistance from customer support.

Customer Service was very good. The communicate well. They made these glasses for me after Ray Ban refused to. They also took my return without any issues in exchange for the new generation and an upgrade in the lenses.

The service was top notch and then some. If you have any reservations about getting prescription eyewear on line, I say don't worry about it. There's a little bit of a wait, sure, but SportRX is going to hook you up. It's almost too easy.
