On my most recent order. I was missing an item. The only way I could reach out was via email, which did not produce a timely response. So far I still have not received a remedy to my missing item from my order.

My kids and I have already made 8 different Sparkel drinks and are loving it. We are getting some more fruit extracts to mix it up some more but I already know I will be saving money and bottle waste.

Love the machine! And the consumer service are amazing! Got a problem with my order on the website, they were there to help and got the problem fix very quickly. And now, I make all king of drink, bubbly and tasty!!

Arrived quickly and perfectly.

I ordered enough infusions to get free shipping, however, you sent me 3 grapefruit. I ordered 2 strawberry and 1 grapefruit. I like the machine and how it makes the water more enjoyable, but I will not be ordering infusions again.

I love sparkle as a whole company, but not crazy about their new product

I was excited to use my new Sparkel, and immediately tried to make some basic sparkling water. Water leaked out of the bottom of the bottle - it was missing the O-ring that should have been there. The little bit of sparkling water that it made did indeed seem good, despite the majority of it being all over the floor, hence my 3-star rating. Customer service was great, notifying me within hours that new O-rings had been sent - but it's now five days later, I haven't received them - and I still haven't been able to use my new machine.

I like your product. It gives me limitless variety of sparkle drinks that I enjoy with family and friends.
