I love my Sparkel machine. I also love the company. Customer service is top notch!

Have been using Sparkel for a few weeks and love the versatility of it. Made infused water and teas. Love the flavors! Grandkids enjoy the flavorful and refreshing drinks.

Awesome I would recommend to try them

We’ve had our machine for maybe four years now. Whenever it has trouble, the detailed FAQs help me troubleshoot, and if an o ring or gasket starts to deteriorate they are always kind to send a replacement. I love not lugging seltzer from the store!

I enjoyed my Sparkel for over 2 years. I used it almost daily the first year, not so much the second one.. and now the upper lid doesn't want to open and Sparkel support says "too bad, here's $20 to help you buy a new one". Kind of ironic considering I bought Sparkel and not the other one to be more eco-friendly. Just get a new one, what a waste! If you need a reliable solution stay away from Sparkel.

Support was great though if Sparkel is shipping in split orders it should send both tracking numbers to prevent porch pirates from helping them selves

This product has been really enjoyed in my house. I have only had it for a few weeks and think it is one of the best purchases I have made all year. Very simple to use and a bit fun. All my different type of drinks tried have turned out as planned. I did have an issue with one of the spare bottles I also purchase so I emailed sparkle on the net and told them of my problem. They responded with a very positive greeting and suggestion on how to test the bottle in question. But that did not solve the problem and I let them know. Very next day the let me know w replacement bottle was on the way at no charge of course. I have received the bottle and have used it several times and all is well. Again I really am happy I purchased this unit because of the price,simplicity and quality. Also because of the amazing staff that was there to help out so quickly and noooo hassels.

Sparkel customer service was amazing! They got back to me immediately and solved my problem right away. I got the device as a gift for my dad and the carbonation sample packets were missing and they took down the information and sent them out right away. I am so glad I went with Sparkel instead of one of the better known competitor.

One customer service agent made up a crazy story and went to the extreme of trying to blame me for an incorrect address (they looked up the wrong address) and claimed the bottles were being returned because I input a bad address, when the address was perfectly fine as I've gotten deliveries for nearly 20 years without a problem, and the worst part was, the tracking info was available and stated "delivered" but the amazon delivery person submitted no proof of delivery. So rather than trying to help me, the customer service agent tried to blame me by making up a story rather than check the history of the ticket and previous responses from other agents. Very hostile. Not recommended.

I'm not happy that my Sparkel has stopped working after only a few months of use. I want a replacement or my money back.
