My old Sparkel machine started leaking everywhere and you diagnosed it as missing water bottle seals, which were not missing. By the time you said it was an internal pump I had given up in disgust and thrown it away. So you gave me half off on a new machine. Hurray! It arrived yesterday. I set it up put everything in and it won’t make any bubbles. Water does not seem to be moving from the reservoir at all. I went over the setup three times to no avail. This does not auger well for a good review.

I want to give Kudos to the Sparkel team for their continued support. The response to an email is less less than a day. You guys go out of your way to keep customers happy and informed. Your commitment to customer service is the BEST I have had the pleasure to work with.

My sparkel machine which had hardly been used stopped working, when I called technical support they said it was out of warranty. After sending them a video of machine not starting, they suggested a few things to do which I did, non of their suggestions solved the problem. At the end I had to trash the hardly used machine. That's my experience with Sparkel!

Just glad I bought this. I appreciate the reminder email before my carbonators are going to be shipped and that I can delay them if needed.

If the carbonator worked as you intended without flaws or malfunctions, then "five stars" would be my reply . Such is NOT the case with my past experiences. Let's see if the third machine you're sending me works as intended.. "3rd time's the charm" right? If so, five stars it is!.

My 2nd Sparkel Machine. First one just started leaking each time. This one just stops and cuts off some times…You can’t walk away and come back because you won’t know if it finished the cycle or not. I like the concept, but R & D needs to be better.

Everything is exactly what I expected and I love it!

I picked up my unit today and was very disappointed to see that I did not get what I paid for. I had ordered the unit that came with three bottles, which did come, but instead of 100 carbonator sachets there were only 10. The extra sachets were the entire reason I went for the higher priced option. I really only need one bottle. I await a response as to how you are going to ship the remainder of my order. I was looking forward to trying it, but before I even can I am faced with disappointment.

there are so many ways to commit "user error" with this machine.

Love, love, love the sparkle machine. So many options to drink and they all taste great. I was a little afraid to operate the machine at first and leaked an entire bottle while fizzing because I didn't check that the top & bottom were sealed properly. But only took one lesson for me to learn to check first before I start again. Will be using this machine daily.

I am so impressed with the support I've had with the Sparkel products. It makes me feel like I matter!

My experience with Sparkel was great. They responded quickly to my problem sending me the O-rings I needed without delay.
