You are great sending me new bottoms and extra carbonators. I have had one successful run and two bad ones. I am trying different combinations of tops and bottoms. Do I need to use a carbonator set to test whether a top or bottom leaks?

We love our Sparkel! We were so sad when it stopped working. I was easily able to trouble shoot with the website. Sparkel always replied promptly and was very helpful. When the trouble shooting did not work they replaced my machine without question. This is by far and away the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Plus the Sparkel is the best machine out there!

Shipping was weird. I got the packs instantly, and the system too a bit. Almost had me thinking something was wrong but it eventually arrived. The machine works great, kind of loud. Packs are easy to use. Bottle leaks, so I never travel with it after it leaked all over my tote.

Bubble trouble
I love my Sparkel. Although I did have issues with not being able to charge up more than one bottle at a time without waiting for about a half hour in between. Very inconvenient. I reported this and customer service was very prompt at helping to troubleshoot. After no success the offered to replace my unit. I give them A+ for customer service. Once I get my replacement unit I may have more to say if my replacement unit (which I have not received yet but it’s only been a few days since I was told it will be replaced) has the same or other issues.

First two did not work, why offer a coupon to order a third?
This was the second unit, the first a gift stopped working immediately and the second stopped after two weeks although I had it for a while but had not used it. After trying all the cleaning procedures and sending in a video, I was told the unit was no longer under warranty and offered a coupon for a new machine. My question now is, why would I order a third machine when the first two didn't work?
