I have a 10 year old hot tub. Recently we found a pump had gone bad and was energizing the water. I did some probing and found a bad pump and the heater showed signs of leaking. The dealer wanted $600 for the pump. Figured while I was in there I would replace the other punt too. I purchased 2 pumps for the price the local dealer wanted to charge me for just 1 pump. The heater assembly was half. And they gave me a small discount for being former military and law enforcement. I highly recommend getting your parts from Spa Parts.

I've checked at quite a few websites and Spa Parts Depot always has better pricing and fast service for the Liesure Time products in use in my spa. I have been using them for about 15 years now. Good for having replacement parts for my 21 year old spa too. Miles

I called several companies attempting to replace my four spa pillows. Three companies including the one where I purchased MySpace did not return my calls. I found one available from Amazon but wanted to buy all four from the same dealer. It turned out that several other companies did not stock the pillows. I called Caldera Spas direct and they could not help me. In a last attempt I contacted a young man who worked for his Fathers furniture company. They used to sell spas. He did some research and found a phone number that eventually got me to your company.. I was able to purchase four pillows which were promptly as out immediately. Thank you or solving a problem that began to seem unsolveable.

Spa cover lift arrived quickly and well packaged. It was easy to install and makes opening the spa so much easier.
