I have an older Aventine Spa and the circuit board melted. As I had the spa for about 12 years, I chose to replace the control box (circuit board), the spa motor and heater. I went to the Spa Parts Depot and found the required parts, many were updated. I had some technical questions and was connected to Ron (technician). Ron explained all the updated parts and answered all my technical questions. Additionally, Ron mentioned they offered a service whereby he would load all the appropriate software upgrades and setup the control box based on my exact spa (serial number). I received the parts and began the installation process. I had a couple of additional questions and spoke with Ron. Ron is very knowledgeable and answered my questions. And as for the pricing; I called my original spa dealer and asked them to price out the parts. Spa Parts Depot was far less expensive!! All in all, the service, support and pricing is excellent.

Ron helped me through the process of determining my exact needs for replacement parts to my Master Spa Legend LS800. A real professional, he was courteous and extremely responsive to insure I had the right products and that they were delivered on time. They have a new customer!

I wish i remembered his name, but the fellow who took my call about a part was terrific! I could tell he knew the spa inside and out and guided me to exactly the part we needed. Please give him a nice raise. He is a gem and that is always a good way to show appreciation.

Used with the quality of the pumps workmanship and certainly at the very reasonable price.

Replaced the old pressure sensor with the one you provided. The threaded end was rotted out and the oriface was clogged with crud. Refilled tub and fired it up but it still would not heat. Will call tomorrow for more advise and 10 percent off what I have to buy nest.
