I ordered my spa top hinges on April 8th. I was told it would take about 7 days for my item to arrive to them, then, would be shipped to me. I called on April 17th for an update and was told Stefanie would call me the next Monday morning...no call. I waited until the next day and asked for Stefanie. She said she would check with the manufacturer and email me back...she didn't. I was informed by Ron that she "forgot". Ron then informed me a large order was due that day. I checked the status on their website and saw it had been shipped yesterday on the 23rd. It's called attention to detail and follow-up. When customers are told something the customer expects prompt execution or a call or email giving an explanation as to why x,y, or z happened.

I enjoyed my visit to the store and they were thorough in there responses and discussion with me!

I've been dealing with Spa Parts Depot for a long time now. And though they have some of the best prices, on everything you can imagine for your spa, the reason I keep coming back is the incredible customer service. When my spa breaks down, I call, describe the problem, and Ron explains what's going on, what may be causing the problem, and gives me the options for repair, starting with the least expensive component replacement option, and working up to the costliest component that may have failed. And he spends whatever time it takes, to get it through my thick skull, so I understand what's involved, and why. They then ship my parts out on the same day, and before you know it, the spa is back up, and running, and my wife thinks I'm a genius. Seriously, if these guys ever close up shop, I'm selling my spa.
