First of, we were sent two, but after confirming, only one was ordered. BUT upon testing both of them....they BOTH bulged after charging. BOTH! Not one, but both are defective. What are the odds that both are defective?

Shipped the wrong items. When I called customer service the young man I spoke with did not sound like he knew what to do. Very disappointed.

Overall the quality of products is fantastic, Sonim is one of the few companies that has products built for rugged, outdoor, industrial use.
