Product failed within 2 months of receipt of the original as well as the second one ordered and broke in the same location on each warranting a different material and/or design.

Arrived quickly and I was notified at every step. Shipping was too expensive though. Obviously if you are buying a Sonim accessory you are a Sonim customer, so a high shipping charge seems unwarranted

Only took 2 weeks to deliver, as it did have to go through customs here in Canada

The battery I received is too large to fit into my phone. Thicker and overall larger. What can we do so that I can get the correct battery.f
