Service was good. Shipping costs were almost double the cost of the battery but it was cheaper than getting a brand new phone.

I have a Sonim XP3plus 5G, Model: X320 phone and therefore the pouch wouldn't work as it is too tall. Other than that, I loved the Pouch when I had a Sonim XP3plus phone

battery life no good and all my devices are having issues we may need to warranty out all battery.

$52 dollars with shipping. Someone should start 3D printing these. It did show up and is working so I will give it that, but it's a plastic door.

Works as described, Solid connector with great sound quality, but shipping to Canada was over priced and needs adjustment.

There is no XP8 rescue kit and the XP10 kit doesn't fit
