Excellent Phone. I have always used Sonim Phones over the last 20 Years.

Everything was excellent

After 5 years of good use, my Sonim XP5s started to last about a day with after being fully charged. Bought the replacement battery to hopefully make it last another 5 years. So far so good! I have not been able to test how long it holds the charge but it for sure lasts more than 3 days now.

I am doing a Charge back getting my money back. Even though they the company sees that I didn't get the order they refused to send out a new order. Will get my money back from the bank. Who will take it from them since it shows I didn't get the order. Customer service sucks so bad!

Sonim has stopped updates and support for the xp8, to encourage sales of the xp10 . Should be my choice of if and when I decide to update and change.

I wanted the side cover for my new xb10 I don't know if you guys sell specifically for the XP 10 but I knew the xph8 stuff would fit it.

Shipping was done very well. I wasn't home when they attempted to deliver it. I'm glad they didn't leave it at my doorstep. However, they did leave a message where I could pick it up, which I did. Also, receiving emails informing me on when and where during the delivery process was appreciated. Thank you.
