The customer service from start to delivery to install was pricless. Jeremy Champt is my contact person at Solar Town and is very knowledgable about of there projects. Our cabin in Noth west Idaho and is off grid. Jermey sized our system to fit our needs. The help that Jeremy provided with answering over fifty emails and endless phone calls has our solar dream come true, The system was put together by Jeremy as the leader. I have shared our experience with all my friends and nieghbors. The systems works perfecty from panels to inverter to batteries to our 200 amp panel. You cant tell we are off grid. The batteries have stayed charge and the cabin runs off the panel. The Nova 12K inverter along with the 48 volt batteries and 10- 550 watt solar panels generate more power then we can use. Plus the pricing and package discounts far surpass everybody else that spoke to . Thanks Solar Town.

Solar town did a great job. Product arrived before they said it would. Shipper was ask to notify me before the delivery. That did not happen. Product was left at a place of business but everything worked out ok.

I had an issue with getting a replacement Maxxair Deluxe fan from the manufacturer that was under warranty, that I originally purchased from Solar Town. My trip was in one week and the fan was going to take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive from Maxx air. I called Solar Town and Michelle went above and beyond to try and get a fan to me quickly by working with Maxx air, not something they normally do. Karma must have been with me because Maxx air decided to expedite shipping (something they don't do,) so I would have the fan in time. I was so impressed that Solar Town was willing to help me, even though the warranty was not their issue.
