Ordering on your website was very straight forward. I needed extra extensions and was able to find them. The package arrived very soon at my house. Your instructions were very clear and accurate. The prep and installation went very smoothly. When I had a question, I was able to clarify the process with the instructions. I am getting a new roof so this improvement needed to happen now. The result is amazing and worth the cost and effort. Good job!

You delivered broken shit to my warehouse that I couldn't return within the 48 hr window due to being in the hospital. I wouldn't use this company again if they were the creators of the stairway to heaven.

The pricing and communication with SolarTown was good. The shipping company they hired for delivery was frustrating - they are very inattentive which required messaging them over and over pointing out their mistakes. The delivery instructions are passed to the driver but the driver may not follow them at all for their reasons which you are not told ahead of time. The person passing those instructions did not tell me ahead of time that the instructions would not be followed. As a result they left a pallet with skylights in front of the driveway leaving it for my wife to try to get them at least closer to the house. . . We accepted a number of heavy bulky shipmets but this one turned out to be the most frustrating.

WOW, Jeremy Champt at SolarTown steered me into a fantastic system. I didn't realize how good it actually was until I did the research on his suggestions. The TamaRach racking paired with the Roof Tech RT-MINI II deck mounts has got to be the easiest system to install on the planet! Quality stuff. And, the JA 440W glass-on-glass panels are top of the line. All at a fantastic price. You can't go wrong with SolarTown. I couldn't be happier.
