The product is one of the best products I have purchased!!!

Delivery was punctual. Unfortunately you used excessive amounts of paper and an extremely large box for this delivery. Defeats the purpose of removing plastic packaging when you over do it with paper, which also has an impact on the environment.

I am essentially homebound due to medical problems, so the subscription service works well for me. Drinking carbonated beverages also helps me stay hydrated, as I have dysphagia.

I love soda stream. It’s the only way I drink my diet Pepsi now I hope it never goes out of business and I need to have a year supply at least. Thank you very much for producing a product that actually works and taste great.

We drink more soda stream beverages now that we can get the flavors we like. I do hope you will continue to have the diet tonic flavors as that is one of our favorites. We prefer the diet flavors over the regular ones as they have too much sugar.

Everything is great except the visit could be a little lower.

Great to see the dates on your flavourings are a lot longer, confident in ordering from you now

I recently purchased Sodastream flavors and bottles on 2 separate occasions. BOTH were extremely easy using the website. Simple, fast, and efficient.

Love our soda stream

I love the service. I would like to recommend flavors be on same type of service.

I have no stores in my area to purchase the flavors or CO2 tanks when needed and the service is easy ordering and fast delivery, thank you 🙂 so far I have had no problems.

So far so good.

Unfortunately not positive feedback. . I purchased a TERRA pack with gas cylinder, a clear bottle and 3 pepsimax syrups and another two gas cylinders from Coles plus another $80 worth of syrups from your website. With excitement I followed the instructions and watched the video on how to use twice. My results. . . . So far out of approximately 30 bottles, only 3 have had fizz and most of the bottles overflow even though I filled bottle up to the black line and even below. Extremely dissatisfied with your product and will not be recommending it to anyone . I have tried to search for a contact number to discuss with a person but was not successful in doing so.

My wife and I have been making drinks nonstop for a year. She loves the Zero sugar options for the drinks. I love when the 4 pack of flavors go on sale!

Perfect for our needs. Just bought the syrups and love the different flavors of sparkling water. Highly recommend. No more lifting heavy soda cans into the house.

Easy to use, plenty of flavour options. Can't complain

This is so convenient. Walmart stopped carrying refills and I thought I was done with my sodastream, living in a rural area. Now, no return shipping, all ready to go for returning the empties. No shipping cost either way. Better price than trading in the store as well. Will be a very long time customer. Thank you sodastream.

My package came without a return label and received a quick and helpful response. SodaStream is an excellent product.

A simple and intuitive purchasing process and good delivery process

I appreciate your smooth service with clear information/direction.
