Very easy to use website. The only two things I’d recommend are lowering the shipping price a few dollars that way it becomes entirely cheaper to buy this than cans even though it still is, And for the shipping price it does take a little bit too long to come in the mail. Other than that very good website and product.

Love the product. Love the subscription. Love the easy return. BUT and it is a BIG BUT. . . consistently when I return 3 empty canisters, I get credit for 2. I need to contact customer service and make the customer service rep change it to three, which they do no questions ask. I take pictures of what is in the box and write a note that there are three. But again, credit for 2. If I do not catch this, I assume that I will be charged. Just a hassle for a fantastic product that I could not live without. Thank you.

I had an issue with an empty cartridge, I wasn't home so I uploaded the pictures I was supposed to upload and I've heard nothing back. Kind of sucks I only got two sodas out of the CO2. Bummer because I really like the sodas

Needed O2 refills so ordered and added some flavors to the order. Was pleased to see a 30% off offer. The code would not work. I received an e-mail the next day advertising the 30% off so guessing it was not active yet. I dropped the number of flavors I ordered to enough to get the free shipping. This time flavors and 02 were shipped separately with no return shipping label. Label not available to reprint on order website so had to call to get one e-mailed to me. Hopefully this is a one time thing because previously didn't have issues. Also, many flavors were not available.

So simple to exchange my tanks.

Our Soda Stream equipment has broken down 3 times now with replacements sent on 2 occasions. The latest one lasted a week before again creating the same problem as the other ones - gas escaping and a surge in water going all over the kitchen bench. We have now decided to give up on your system unfortunately.

We are really pleased with the home replacement service and ordering of flavors. Very fast delivery .

So much easier than exchanging at Target or other stores. I really liked being able to plan ahead—use the canisters until I was done, then mail them back easily. Free shipping, prepaid label, and it was a few dollars cheaper too. Super convenient overall.
