Ordered 2 lots of syrups. 1 arrived within 4 days, the other went from Melbourne to Perth and back again before being delivered to country Victoria taking 12 days!

One of the caps was loose - looks like its been opened as plastic is ripped. Its box was heavily damaged and fell apart. I would suggest sturdier boxes be used without perforated guides that weaken the structure.

I actually 2 machines, love the Pepsi max and Miranda Orange. Disappointed in recent price rises on syrups, also have had issues with returning cylinders on occasion. The customer service ladies though we're very helpful with this Overall though a generally good experience

Before I connected with Sodastream my recycle bin was full every week with empty bottles. It now takes weeks before I have to make the trip to the recycle center.

I recently bought some 4-packs of flavors for my Sodastream. I already love the fact I don't have any 2-liter bottles or aluminum cans lying around my house. Being able to stock up on my favorite flavors (and trying a couple new ones since there was a Labor Day sale) helped make sure I can take fresh soda to work every day. I also love being environmentally friendly by not putting more plastic or aluminum in landfills!

I order the Diet Dr. Pete exclusively and combine it with regular zero sugar generic colas, for an extra zing. I also add it to orange vanilla cola syrup mixed with the zero sugar cola and that will knock your socks off! My Sister-in-Law loves that combo. I order 24 bottles at a time and delivery is fast, so no more trying to find it in stores, Sodastream has also redesigned the bottles which has completely eliminated leakage during shipping. Plus it makes it much easier to pour

I have subscribed to the Sodastream canister service for sometime and find it an efficient and cost effective way to buy all I need to make the most of my Sodastream. A recent problem with a delivery from them (not their fault) resulted in a really positive response to solve the problem rather than point the finger at the delivery company (who were to blame). Marvellous customer care and service.

I’m so glad that Sodastream had a sale on the new stainless steel bottles, as my old plastic ones were worn out. Sodastream saves us money and time in recycling costs and saves room in our home by providing the syrups and carbonation packs that let us drink our favorite beverages, with a fraction of the cost of always running between the store and recycling center. Nothing worse than seeing a bunch of old recycling vouchers sitting in the wallet that I forgot to hand to the cashier at the store. Thank you Sodastream for the service and also for providing great selections from Pepsi, Bubly and other great flavors.

There is no machine on the market that makes better sparkling water than this one. It exceeded all my expectations, and all the additional products sold with it are wonderful. If I were you, I’d buy one just like it.

Love the Soda stream, I’ve been using constantly everyday for almost a year. Customer services is responsive and helpful, they don’t try to make things difficult for consumers Maybe add a little time for the exchange window; I might be behind myself on when to return my CO2 containers, but I have a very busy life and the exchange is not my primary focus

We just ordered a new Duo machine and we LOVE it. I also placed my first order for cartridges. I really like the new packaging and they came promptly with no hassles!
