I love sparkling water so having the ability to make my own and get it as sparkly as I like it is a dream! I add the organic grapefruit flavor and I’m all set for great refreshment all day.

No fuss ordering and return. . Excellent service.

Love my Sodastream

Our evening tipple is ginger beer cordial with ice and soda water. The sodastream has saved us continually having to buy soda water and works really well.

We use a lot of seltzer. This makes it so easy and less recycling.

Took two tries but you figured it out. I enjoyed my convos with both parties but had the most fun with the gentleman (second try). It’s working as it should. Thank you. I love it and my daughter is envious I have electric one.

Bad customer servicece

I ordered a Soda Stream as a gift. Wanting to pay with Pay Pal, the order went to me, rather than to the person I was gifting in another state. MY order was donee in the evening, and as soon as I realized the mistake, I wrote an email to corrected. When I called, first thing the next day, I was told that correcting this order was not possible: that I could refuse the package when it arrived at my home (and order again), or talk to the shipping company and pay for the change (which I found out would be more than my order). I don’t understand why Soda Stream would not make the change by calling the shipping company that would just have to change the shipping label, as the product was still there.

Cost effective, convenient, works as intended, can regulate the carbonation and no bottle return deposits to deal with

I am 100% new to the Sodastream world and so far I am very impressed and pleased! I am confused about getting new C02 canisters and am really interested in the new Mix system! However, I just got my Art and can’t afford to get the new Mix. I wish I qualified to receive a Mix in return for streaming my experience with it, etc. However I realize I am not that fortunate. In the meantime I am so happy with my Art and the quality of the Sodastream system! I wasted years of enjoying my Sodastream because I was afraid of being disappointed and wasting money I worked hard for. I wish there was a zero sugar cream soda. I absolutely love the A&W zero sugar Cream soda!

Made my order on April 16th and finally received my order 19 days later. Many calls to sodastream resulted in empty promises. All the time we could see the tracking details which confused us to why the order kept being returned to sodastream. We explained the order was wanted for a party so was promised next day delivery, this didn't happen. As an apology all we were offered was one extra concentrate, not good enough.

Cheaper than getting them in the supermarket! My favourite is the zero sugar tonic water - and I drop in a little bitters, and bingo !!

I've always wanted one and now I love it. I'm pretty bummed that all of the flavors have a chemical sweetener in them so I won't be partaking in any of that but I'm living the machine.
